"For the last couple of days I was agitated and irritated with my life, I was not able to express my emotions, such as anger, fear, sadness etc. I could not focus on my work or my family and friends. I just felt like not to talk with any one, no one understands me and no one is with me I am alone. But when I started my sessions with Bhavna ma'am, I was enlightened by the fact that all my feelings were normal and its' nothing to be ashamed about. I was advised a number of tips for overcoming these developmental emotional issues which were easy to comply with and were effective too. Thank you ma'am."
"For the last couple of days I was agitated and irritated with my life, I was not able to express my need for a strong, healthy, physical relationship. I could not focus on my work or my family and friends. I just felt like running away from home and my life. But when I started my sessions with Bhavna ma'am, I was enlightened by the fact that all my feelings were normal and its' nothing to be ashamed about. I was advised a number of tips for overcoming these sexual urges which were easy to comply with and were effective too. I like to play and exercise as well so it became way too easy for me to control my urges constructively. Thank you ma'am. "

"I cannot tell you how grateful I am to Dr. Bhavna, she has helped us so much as a family. Before my head was completely frazzled, I couldn’t find a solution to the simplest situation because of stress. My head now works, I can think clearly, handle situations and solve problems which going back a year."
"Since childhood I have suffered from phobias of both spiders and blood injuries. I realised that I didn’t want to live a life limited by my fears, and sought help through therapy. My uncle suggested me Dr. Bhavna and it was really nice to contact her as she helped me through my phobias."
"I am excited to write this testimonial. I have been with Dr. Bhavna Barmi for around a year with around 2 sessions a month. I have a history of long-term major depression with heavy psychiatric medicine load from different psychiatric class of medicines, viz. Antidepressant, anxiolytic, mood stabilizer anti-psychotic. This wider class of medicine resulted from changing psychiatric diagnosis from depression to Bipolar disorder 2 or hypomania, however this journey of diagnosis did me no respite from 24 into 7 suffering of bad mental health........
